Facebook Facing Fines From Germany

Our darling beloved Facebook is facing fines from Germany after Facebook broke privacy laws under German Laws. A group of officials in Germany have sent Facebook a letter which Facebook as confirmed receiving via the BBC website. Switzerland is also on the brink of filing a lawsuit against Facebook over privacy concerns this is not looking good for Facebook as every country in the world may follow suit and Facebook could nose dive loosing some of its member base this would give Google prime opportunity to jump in with their rumoured project ‘GoogleMe‘. If found guilty Facebook will face huge fines which could dent their financial status as they don’t really make a great deal of money considering their potion in the world as the leading Social networking website.

Facebook Donates To Haiti

As you may be aware there was a huge earthquake that shook the small country of Haiti a few weeks ago. It is feared that there are between 50 000 – 200 000 that have died as a result of the natural disaster and the country which is one of the most poorest undeveloped country’s in the world has been left shattered and many resident are now homeless, orphaned and going hungry.
It is with great pleasure in writing this that we bring you the news that Facebooks users have all clubbed together to donate a large undisclosed amount of money to Haiti.

Visit The Official Haiti Facebook group another group that promises to donate 1 cent for each member that joins the group can be found here.

These kind of actions from Facebook users is warming, fantastic and heartfelt Wow great stuff Facebook users keep it up!

How to poke a friend on facebook

The facebook poke as been used millions of times throughout the world and is unique to facebook, the action lets you poke your friends with options for them to poke you back here we list basic instructions on how to poke a friend on facebook.

Make sure your logged into facebook.
Use the search bar to look for the friend you wish to poke, type their name and then click on their profile link.
Now you have located the friend you wish to poke hit the ‘Poke’ link.
Make sure you happy with the poke then click the confirm action button the poke will be sent
The next time your friends logs into facebook they will will receive a notification of the poke and may poke you back.

For the poke to show up on your friends wall it must be done using the publisher.

Geo Challenge is simply awesome as it puts your knowledge of where places are in the world to its true test. If your like me and like geography then you will love this game in fact I don’t think you have to like geography to like this game its just so much fun and really challenging. The game test you by asking you to locate where the likes of Mexico is on a world map you have to click on the place you thin it is it also tests you by asking which country does an image of a flag belong too. After you have the played the game you acquire a ranking and can compare those with all your friends Im currently last between my friends and I but i’m slowly improving slowly but surely.
