There is a neat trick discovered by a women called Dawn Kelly from Leicester in England. You can restore your facebook homepage to its original setting after the October update by following this neat trick.

To restore Facebook to old look…Look to the top left menu and click on MORE (in blue). Then drag STATUS UPDATES to the top. After dragging to the top, click on it. That becomes your default and it will become like before. Pass it on!

This is a neat little trick you can do some mad keyboard skills whilst on facebook to add some flavour to it try it and you will see the code is similar to that of soncic the hedgehog on the old Sega heres the code.

Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start.

Did it work? If not keep trying apparently this code is a secret code called the Konami code and unlocks secret parts of website scattered all over the internet.

Add your facebook status to your blog

If you would like your facebook status displayed on your blog then use these neat trick to do so. You can use a facebook status plugin but if your blog wont allow it this method is the best solution.

Step 1

feed column and then click on see all.

Step 2

In Mini Feed click Status Stories in the right column. Scroll down and select My Status.

Step 3

You now need to copy the my status link as this is the link you will need to put into your blog.

Step 4

Log into your blog and go to your appearance page from there slect widgets you now want an rss widget .

Final Step

Now you have the text area open you have to paste the link you got from facebook into this and name it something like Facebook Status or whatever you like.

Thats it your all done your facebook status will now be visible on your blog so your readers can see what your up to.

Auto Login for facebook

Does it annoy you how you have to login each time you go to facebook, well heres a cool facebook trick that auto logs you in each time you visit its a java script from Greasemonkey. You will find the intrsuction in the script and you can grab it here. Greasemonkey has various facebook scripts and in time we will list them on here please bare with us. With this script you have to have the remember me checked on your computer for it to work.
