Believe it or not a great number of people type Facebook Login into Google and other search engines to get to their beloved Facebook. For a few days now Google has ranked first a site that has nothing to do with the Facebook Login page or in fact Facebook and this as led to some hilarious outbursts on the Site that finds itself at number one for the search term ‘Facebook Login‘.
Some funny quotes from the page that’s at number one made us laugh so hard people actually think that the page is Facebook and are venting frustration because their ‘Facebook Login’ page has changed!

Oh no those poor poor people in Pakistan are no longer allowed to use their beloved Facebook as its been blocked :( all because of some silly dispute over a carton which depicts their god Mohammed.

The row started after a group formed on Facebook starting a “Everybody Draw Mohammed Day” which casued havoc in Pakistan which led to people crowded the streets in demonstration of the Facebook group. On Wednesday a petition was sent to the Pakistan high court to shut of Facebook to the whole population of Pakistan within two hours the law was passed and Facebook was shut off until at least the 31st of May.

There is mass panic now in Pakistan as Pakistan had a great number of people using the site our how only advice to ths lost without their Facebook is try to use a Procie to connect to their Facebook account.

A website has been setup in protest to Facebook’s latest privacy settings update. Facebook  has recently updated their website and now have over 50 settings for users to implement in their Facebook account. A group of Facebook members have teamed up to form a group, website and Facebook page to leave Facebook on the 31st of May 2010 the campaign already has 1237 Facebook users commisted to leaving Facebook at the end of May.

Facebook has well over 200 millions users and almost halp a million new members daily this kind of campaign will have little or no effect on Facebook at all but it’s a start and someone at Facebook must surely listen.

Facebook is making it’s settings more complex for its users and thus buying the privacy settings behind the whole system of Facebook are you aware that your information is open to the joe public if they know how to find it. This is a major alrm if you have children that use Facebook please make sure that you make thier settings private.

Facebook has took another stage to keep up with the boom of Twitter with introducing its version of twitters popular retweet functionality. On twitter if you like someones post (tweet) you can retweet the tweet so that it appears on your Twitter wall for you followers to see a form of viral looping. Facebook as made a new feature that allows you to share another friends link on your profile its called “Facebook via” and works exactly the same as the retweet function. At the moment the facebook via is limited to links post on Facebook but soon no dount after some initial testing the featrure will be on everything you can think of on Facebook.

This in our opinion is a great step to secure the top spot as the worlds most favored social networking platform, personally we don’t use twitter ad we finds it a bit pointless on a personal level but its great for marketing strategies for your website or any website.

Thats right folks you heard it here first Facebook will not be charging its users. There as been a great deal of speculation of late about Facebook charging its users later on down the line to use it’s site and extra bonus features and addons to the website.

This comes as great news as many feared that their Facebook days were over and were forming groups on Facebook only for Facebook to eventually delete the groups one group reached well over 100 k members all disputing the speculated forthcoming charge by Mark Zuckerbergs powerhouse of a website.

Facebook has more users than the population of the USA Wow! With that kind of traffic and usage it’s hard to think that Facebook will ever drop off the web or struggles to make any kind of real money from advertising. The latter does apply to Facebook it struggles to make as much money as it should considering it’s the second most used website in the entire world according to the Facebook Alexa rank.

The other option that I think Facebook will introduce in time or should is video advertisements, I think these have more impact that image ads more and more people are using the internet now than ever and most do not even bother watching Television anymore so in time video advertising will be prominent on all websites as an advertising medium.
