Facebook Technical Support Update
We decided to open up a facebook support page up as we were inundated with contact emails relating to support issues on facebook. If you have a query about facebook any query at all then please direct then to our support page. The support questions and asnwers are open to public viewing in hope of a relsoution being found and helping others in the future and thus preventing repeat questions. Please feel free to read and reply to the questions asked with any knowledge you may have. We have already answered a few technical issues realting to facebook the area is still in its early stages but we hope it will become a good resource for all facebook users with technical issues.

Please help, all of my profile pics of friends and my profile pic is gone, i cannot see anyone’s profile picture on my wall or on my home page. Please let me know how I can fix.

I am having trouble with facebook loading. The same problem is affecting 3 browsers Firefox, Chrome, and IE. Basically, facebook loads, and I can see most of it, but it is jumbled, with things overlapping other things. I am unable to leave a status update. Links work to friends profiles and pictures etc. Applications even work.
It seems to be largely formatting. But it makes facebook unusable.
Firefox lists two errors in the error console.
\"InitialJSLoader is not defined\"
\"Bootloader.enableBootlaod is not a function\"
I\’ve deleted all cookies. Reset the cache. Run Adaware scan. Run Avast virus scan. Deleted internet temp files. I even went into safe mode and set the system back 2 days when I last remember it working.
The only thing I\’ve loaded somewhat recently is an HP printer driver.

I had the same issue; turned out to be a firewall problem (static.ak.fbcdn.net and b.static.ak.fbcdn.net

Hello. There is a big problem. I have 2 profiles. Kariman El Shazly with lahilahiilallah@hotmail.com and kariman100@yahoo.com as Carol Ann El Shazly. I get mail to hotmail for that profile but it brings me to the other profile. I cannot answer to any message from hotmail and I am very angry. I cannot see how to sign out from kariman100@yahoo.com profile and enter into the hotmail profile. Even when I go to http://www.facebook.com, it always brings me right to the yahoo profile. Please help me. I am very desperate and missing friends. All is God willing.

i can’t log into my page. i have tried ‘forgot password’ and still doesn’t work. every time i open up the page my screen shakes.
