Facebook Connect On Your Website
If you have a website that has a memberbase then you can add the facebook connect system to your site to post updates to facebook from your site for your users that have a facebook account.
Incorporating Facebook Connect into your site would be a great way of marketing your site for example if you had a social gaming site that had your members submit scores then you could use Facebooks connect to add the result of the match to each members Facebook wall with a nice link back to your site for the readers.
We have played around with facebook connect its quite tricky at first but you will get there in the end you can read a blog post on how to add facebook connect to your blog if you have one.
You will see more and more sites using Facebook Connect for all sorts of things the main one is comments most major site are now using similar systems all over the internet to make social sharing easier.
There is a system called OpenId that was the first system of this kind where you had one login id that you could use across muliple sites without having to login or register to make comments and such but now all the major social networking sites use a similar system so that their already established site just grows and grows very clever thinking if you ask us.
